Trademarks an introduction
What are trademarks, rights of trademarks, registering trademarks – these are just some of the questions we’ll address in the webinar.
The event will be a 45-minute introduction to trademarks hosted by Mark Corran, one of the advisors from the IoD Directors’ Advisory Service. There will be a short Q&A at the end. If member’s want to find out more about protecting their trademarks or have any IP questions they want to discuss further with Mark, they can book an advisory session via the Information and Advisory Service at [email protected]. The Directors' Advisory Service is free to IoD full members, you have up to four appointments per calendar year, 30 minutes each. Please note, spaces for this event are limited.
Speakers
Mark Corran
Mark Corran joined the IoD Advisory Service in 2018. He is a solicitor (qualified in England and Wales) and advises businesses of all sizes in relation to IP/IT, data protection and media matters. Formerly an associate with a well-known IP/IT boutique – in addition to his role at the IoD – Mark is a consultant with a commercial firm headquartered in Westminster where he works with clients in diverse industries, such as fashion, food and drink, travel and virtual reality.
