Neela Chauhan - Partner, UHY Hacker Young - Chartered Accountants

Neela joined the London office of UHY as a private client tax partner in 2019. Neela had previously been acting as Head of Tax at London-based accounting firm, Wilson Wright and before then, was a Director and headed the tax division at Sopher + Co.

She works with high net worth clients, delivering a wide variety of tax services, as well as promoting audit, investment and accountancy support to a diverse range of businesses and individuals. Neela has a very international approach to tax, with expertise and experience in Scandinavia, Europe, USA and Asia.

Rebecca Shafran - Senior Associate Director, BNP Paribas Real Estate

Rebecca Shafran is a Senior Associate Director at BNP Paribas Real Estate leading on Research for all operational real estate markets including Healthcare, Senior Living, Build-to-Rent, Student Housing and Hotels. She supports the Residential Capital Markets teams with data trends, analytics and thought pieces. Rebecca is a member of the Society of Property Researchers.

Victoria Bajela - Director, Savills - Commercial Research

Victoria is a Director in Savills Commercial Research team and has over 10 years experience in commercial property research and leads Savills Central London office research. She previously headed up EGi's Central London Office Research team and worked in GVA's Research team. Prior to taking on roles in Property Victoria pursued a career in Law.
