Deri Ashford - Analyst, Commercial Research Savills

Deri is an analyst in the commercial research department at Savills, specialising on the West End office investment and occupational markets. He provides analysis on market trends and insight into the wider commercial market, to a range of internal and external clients.

Maheshi Gourlay - Tax Partner within EY London’s Real Estate, Hospitality & Construction

Maheshi is a qualified solicitor and prior to joining EY, worked as a tax lawyer at a leading London City law firm. Maheshi is a qualified Chartered Tax Advisor (CTA) and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation.

Maheshi’ advises on UK and international real estate transactions across the full breadth of UK asset classes, including student accommodation, build to rent residential assets, commercial spaces (logistics, office, retail) and life science assets.

Michael Bristow - CEO and Co-Founder, CrowdProperty

Mike has 18 years experience as a strategy consultant advising leading international companies and private equity funds on M&A and corporate strategy. A Venture Capital investor specialising in PropTech, FinTech and other tech businesses with multiple £100m+ exits to date, a voting member on the Pi Labs (www.pilabs.vc) Investment Committee (Europe’s most prolific specialist proptech venture capital fund), an LP in Funds I, II & III and a mentor to portfolio businesses. Mike is also a member of the London Business School E100 angel investment network and has built a large personal portfolio over 24 years of property investing.
