Jenni Field is an expert in leadership credibility and internal communication.
Host of the popular Redefining Communications with Jenni Field podcast and author of Influential Internal Communication, and Nobody Believes You, her work as an international speaker and coach, helps leaders and their organisations become more efficient and more engaging.

After spending 13 years working inside organisations as Head of Internal Communications and Communications Director, Jenni set up the consultancy Redefining Communications to help organisations and teams use communication to go from chaos to calm.

Since 2017 Jenni has published two books, hosted two popular podcasts that discuss leadership, communication and wellbeing and conducted research into communication with deskless workers, the role of line managers and why we follow some leaders and not others.

In 2020 she was the President of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations, and she holds qualifications and accreditations in internal communication, company directorship and facilitation.

She is an impressive speaker, inspiring leader and is globally recognised in the communication industry as a force for change in the way leaders and organisations as a whole communicate with their teams.

Jeremy is Co-chair of the IoD Marketing Communications Group, a Partner and Brand Strategy Director at Reggie London, an award-winning independent brand and communications consultancy. He has worked in communications for over 30 years, firstly on the advertising and marketing fronts within the publishing sector for Reed and Condé Nast.

He built and ran a leading design consultancy, advised agencies and businesses as an independent consultant and was involved in a digital PR start-up before joining Reggie London in 2014.

Jeremy has extensive experience of working in most industry sectors, having led major branding projects for many household names in the UK and internationally.

Trudy is the Co-chair of the IoD Marketing Communications Group, a Founder, Director, Executive Coach and Consultant specialising in leadership impact, influence and communications.

Trudy has over 25 years’ experience in strategic internal, leadership and change communications, and employee engagement. Supporting leading organisations from the retail, professional services, insurance, rail and construction industries delivering communications and coaching solutions aligned to the business strategy and its priorities.

Trudy has an MA in Communications Management, is a Chartered PR Practitioner, Fellow, and former Director of the Board of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR), and a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
