Natural Resources Group invite-only launch event

The IoD are launching the Natural Resources Special Interest Group!

Sponsored by Benchmark Mineral Intelligence Ltd

The Natural Resources SIG is a platform designed to facilitate communications between industry leaders, government officials, and peers in the natural resources sector.

It's primary aim is to enable the sharing of best practices and to engage in constructive discussions about critical issues affecting the industry. By working together, the participants can take action to advance the energy transition.

This sector encompasses several crucial areas such as commodity metals, critical minerals, processing and mining, energy, water, fisheries, and agriculture. These areas are essential to the UK's economy and the global sustainable future.

This invite-only launch event for the new group will include speeches from the Rt. Hon. Baroness Northover, Nusrat Ghani, Minister of State for the Investment Security Unit and a pioneer for critical minerals policy for the UK.

The industry keynotes will feature Simon Moores, CEO of Benchmark Mineral Intelligence, and Richard Taylor Chair of the IoD Natural Resources Special Interest Group.
