Neil Odin, Chief Fire Officer of Hampshire and Isle of Wight Fire and Rescue Service will share his reflections of chairing the Local Resilience Forum during Covid-19.  This forum led the response to the pandemic across emergency service providers, the NHS and local authorities.

Nick Elton, Chief Inspector of Hampshire Constabulary will share his experience of cybercrime within the County and how businesses of all sizes can bets protect themselves from this very real risk.

Finally we will hear from Mark Woods, Group Manager of Hampshire and Isle of Wight Fire and Rescue Service who will share his experience of ensuring emergency service provision is available 24/7 365 and the lessons business leaders can take from this.

Speakers

Mark Woods

Mark Woods Group Manager Hampshire & Isle of Wight Fire and Rescue Service (HIWFRS) has worked fulltime in the British Fire and Rescue Service since 1996. He has worked in Hampshire for all his career in addition to his full-time role providing a twenty-year period of on call duties in his home village of Botley serving his local community.

Neil Odin QFSM MBA MIoD GIFireE

Neil has worked in the British Fire and Rescue Service since 1991 and has served in three Services becoming Chief Fire Officer of Hampshire and Isle of Wight Fire and Rescue Service in January 2018.

Nick Elton

Nick is a Chief Inspector with Hampshire Police, prior to joining Hampshire in 2017 he worked for the Office for Security and Counter Terrorism; a branch of the Home Office. He runs the Digital Intelligence and Investigations function for Hampshire Police; tasked with improving the investigative capability and capacity surrounding investigations with a digital element.
