June 2022 marks the tenth annual Employee Ownership Day and there is no denying the popularity of employee-owned businesses is rising year on year. In 2021 there were 730 employee-owned businesses reported in the UK, and whilst these companies have taken advantage of the benefits implementing an EOT can bring, not all shareholders are aware of the multiple benefits to both the vendor and the employees.
