IoD Glass Ceiling Summit Gender parity on boards

Join us for this collaborative event!

Join IoD Central at their IoD Glass Ceiling Summit, in partnership with IoD Glass Ceiling, Barclays Bank and Fieldfisher to explore the difficulties women experience securing board positions in 2024.

In September 2022, Board Appointments United Kingdom, asked the thought-provoking question...

Are women applying for board positions?

In 2010, women accounted for less than 12% of FTSE 100 board members.  As at April 2022 it increased to:  39% - FTSE 100, 38.4% - FTSE 250 and 38.8% FTSE 350.  Unlike male colleagues, what could be holding women back?

Join us for this full day event where we will be joined by a high-calibre of expert speakers in the field!

Food and refreshments will be provided on the day.
