Our duty as Directors is to navigate market changes to ensure our businesses and organisations remain relevant and continue to deliver their purpose even in difficult times and can continue to flourish.  What challenges can we expect, what approaches can we take, how do we lead our people and manage our own concerns at the same time?

We are delighted to welcome a panel of expert speakers, who have lived through challenges themselves and are willing to share their leadership journeys to stimulate debate.
