Introduction to business mentoring

Join us for an evening of knowledge sharing, and new possibilities.

Sponsored by Harpenden Town Council

Are you a seasoned professional ready to share your knowledge, or a growing business seeking expert guidance? Our Business Mentoring Event, sponsored by Harpenden Town Council, is the perfect opportunity to learn about the vital role of business mentoring, as a discipline that goes beyond the kind of informal advice we all offer and receive.

For potential mentors, this is your chance to give back, build new networks, and help shape the future of local business. Your experience could be the key to unlocking someone else’s potential — and mentoring offers its own rewards, from fresh perspectives to the satisfaction of making a visible difference.

For businesses, whether you’re a start-up navigating early challenges or an established company aiming for the next level, mentoring can provide invaluable insight, strategic advice, and a fresh set of eyes on your goals. Hear from speakers from the Association of Business Mentoring and a case example from the Harpenden Collective.  Learn from those who’ve walked the path before you and gain the tools you need to succeed faster and smarter.

Join us for an evening of knowledge sharing, and new possibilities. Shape your future, exchange ideas, and be part of a community committed to growth and excellence.

Tea, coffee and biscuits to be provided.
