Join us for a breakfast Develop event as we delve into the challenges of operating a not-for-profit or third sector organisation.

Join us for a breakfast Develop event as we delve into the challenges of operating a not-for-profit or third sector organisation.

Charities and non-profit organisations contribute tremendous value to our island community and economy. However, running and governing these organisations involves a unique set of challenges. Those responsible for the governance and direction of charities must balance their charitable goals with the obligations of good governance, risk management, and long-term strategic planning.

Event Highlights

We are delighted to welcome Daniel Chan, PwC UK’s Charities Leader.

Dan will lead insightful discussions around:

  • Good Governance: How to ensure accountability, transparency, and effective decision-making within your charity or non-profit.
  • Risk Awareness: Understanding and managing risks that could impact your charity’s mission and sustainability.
  • Strategy: Aligning your organisation’s strategic goals with long-term success.
  • Future Trends: What to expect in the ever-evolving world of non-profits and how to prepare.
