Having spent more than 30 years facilitating corporate clients’ learning & development interventions around the globe, Joanna finally got mad!

So, she founded Flourishing Introverts to do two things:
1. To shake out the extraversion bias in business using a simple but robust approach
2. To enable introverts to live a fulfilled life by owning and playing to their natural strengths.

Laura Toop

Laura Toop is the visionary behind #ProjectMe, a transformative framework that empowers leaders to navigate life’s complexities with authenticity and resilience. Lorraine Milligan

Lorraine is a vibrant former dancer and choreographer from the 90s, having appeared on television and stage. In 2003, she transitioned into a successful career as a high-fashion hair and make-up artist, working with iconic photographers and magazines. Lorraine has styled top television talent and toured with recording artists. In 2018, she added portrait photography to her repertoire, offering a bespoke service that combines hair, make-up, styling, and photography. Specialising in personal branding, she helps clients create confident and radiant versions of themselves for business, social media, and personal projects.

Sarah Alkhedheiri

Sarah Alkhedheiri works at the intersection of culture, innovation, and youth engagement. She is the Executive Director of Generation 2030 UK, which aims to support young talents in Saudi Arabia and the United Kingdom across Arts & Culture, Science & Innovation, and Sports.

Previously, Sarah headed the Climate & Sustainability practice at PUBLIC, a GovTech company. In 2020, Sarah was the Y20 Sherpa, the youth engagement group as part of the G20 Saudi Presidency. Between 2017-2020, Sarah led Global Citizenship at Misk Foundation, supporting young people as global citizens to deliver the Sustainable Development Goals. Sarah was also a consultant at McKinsey & Company.
