Leah Hutcheon
Leah Hutcheon is the founder and CEO of Appointedd, an award-winning company revolutionising the way businesses engage with their customers. From high street retailers to global Fortune 500 companies, Appointedd's technology has been used to make bookings in 167 countries. Leah was the Natwest UK Small Business Entrepreneur of the Year, an EY Entrepreneur of the Year finalist, and is a Scottish EDGE Award winner.
Tracey Ashworth-Davies
Tracey is currently Deputy Chief Executive Officer (Corporate) at NHS Education for Scotland. She is also a highly experienced financial services professional having held senior roles with Legal & General, Toronto Dominion Bank Group, Royal London Group and Scottish Provident. She understands the challenges of scaling businesses as she co-founded and went on to lead Bright Grey, a life insurance company start-up. She also has experience in sectors outside financial services: health and care, FMCG, manufacturing, construction, and real estate. She is a Trustee at Edinburgh Children’s Hospital Charity. Tracey is also a Member of the Board of Advisors at Spktral (a technology company that helps organisations simplify the gender pay gap reporting process) and a member of the University Court of Heriot Watt University, Chair of Staff Committee, Member of Remuneration Committee and Governance & Nominations Committee.
