About Generation 2030:Generation 2030 aims to connect aspiring and emerging talents from Saudi Arabia and the United Kingdom, by fostering collaboration and innovation across diverse sectors like arts, cinema, comedy, entrepreneurship, fashion, innovation, and music. About IoD Glass Ceiling Group:The Glass Ceiling Group exists to advocate for more women in leadership positions. We engage members and non-members in exciting events to give a platform for senior leaders to meet and network and participate in the discussion around women in leadership. About Emerging NEDs:Emerging NEDs Group is on a mission to increase board representation in the UK. We aim to identify, inspire, develop and place talented professionals from diverse backgrounds onto boards across a range of sectors, from charities through to FTSE 250 companies.

Dinsdale Bowen-Wright
Dinsdale has over 15 years of recruitment, international sales, and operations experience in the financial services and health & social care sectors. A talented leader with a proven track record of building successful teams to serve and deliver talent, products, and services with the aim of adding value to the process. He is also a passionate advocate for equity, diversity, inclusion, and social justice.
Sarah Alkhedheiri
Sarah Alkhedheiri works at the intersection of culture, innovation, and youth engagement. She is the Executive Director of Generation 2030 UK, which aims to support young talents in Saudi Arabia and the United Kingdom across Arts & Culture, Science & Innovation, and Sports.
Previously, Sarah headed the Climate & Sustainability practice at PUBLIC, a GovTech company. In 2020, Sarah was the Y20 Sherpa, the youth engagement group as part of the G20 Saudi Presidency. Between 2017-2020, Sarah led Global Citizenship at Misk Foundation, supporting young people as global citizens to deliver the Sustainable Development Goals. Sarah was also a consultant at McKinsey & Company.
Yemi Jackson
Yemi Jackson is the Founder and CEO of Engage Transform and Building Inclusive Boards (BIB). Yemi is on the Advisory Board for BRiM (Black Representation In Marketing) and is on the UK Black and Brilliant Advocacy leadership.
Yemi is a Be The Business Advisory Board member and is on the IoD Glass Ceiling Group Committee.
She is a qualified accountant, member of Association of Chartered Management Accountants (ACMA). Yemi completed her MBA at Warwick Business School in 2018, with her final dissertation based on implementing effective diversity strategy in the workplace.
