Doing business in ASEAN Seizing opportunities in Southeast Asia
The Chair of the International Trade Group is pleased to invite you to an insightful event looking at doing business in ASEAN - Seizing Opportunities in Southeast Asia.
As business leaders and directors, it is crucial for us to explore and seize opportunities in emerging markets.
The Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) has emerged as a dynamic economic powerhouse, boasting a combined GDP of over $3 trillion and a consumer market of over 650 million people.
Over the past two years, the U.K. Department of Business and Trade has forged numerous regional trade and investment agreements. With ASEAN's rapid economic growth, strategic location, and favourable business climate, it presents an array of prospects for ambitious organizations.
This interactive event will be facilitated by Dr Gordon Perchthold, a global expert on internationalization towards distant countries, like that between the U.K. and Asia.
The first seminar in the series will cover the geographic, demographic, and economic outlook across ASEAN, where you will gain a comprehensive understanding of the opportunity landscape within the ASEAN region.
The evening will consist of an hour of presentation/discussions, followed by networking opportunities over drinks to connect with like-minded professionals, industry/regional experts, and potential business partners to forge new relationships and collaborations.
