Derek Redmond - Chairman and Lead D&I Director

Derek is one of the UK's most famous athletes and his journey on the track showcase resilience, determination and inclusivity.

His overcoming of adversity, injury and unwavering spirit at the 1992 Olympic Games inspired President Barack Obama to reference Derek in his presidential speech. His story resonates with individuals from all walks of life.

Naomi Riches - Co-Programme Director

Naomi is a Paralympic Champion who journey showcases the power of turning perceived limitations into extraordinary strengths. Her gold medal at London 2012, bronze at Beijing 2008, and status as a 6x World Champion exemplify her elite-level performance.

After setting an epic Guinness World Record - rowing 165 milesin 47 hours, 59 minutes down the Thames - she continues to break barriers.

Robert Percival - Open Programmes Director

Rob brings a wealth of experience in training and management development. With a solid background of 10 years in the RAF, he transitioned into management with a prominent PLC company.

Rob was also a key player in Rolls Royce & Bentley’s worldwide product launch of their Silver Seraph and Arnage cars. In several management roles over the years, he assumed responsibility for group-wide management development and leadership training.

He also established his own training company, successfully growing and eventually selling it.
