Bournemouth Connect

This is open to members and non-members for an informal networking event, it also gives you the opportunity to enjoy a bacon sandwich (or alternative) along with coffee and tea.

We have a fabulous guest speaker Louise Southam of Beyond Belief who will give us all something to think about and engage with before we get on with the rest of the day.

As a facilitator and coach, Louise will be running a session on Managing and Influencing Stakeholders. It's often frustrating when we feel we are not supported or blocked in what we are trying to achieve. In this session you will identify who your stakeholders are and how much power and support they give you. With this information, it will move you into understanding their perspectives, which will give you the insights into how you might influence them.  

The session will be interactive and working in groups where you can share, learn and grow  Places are limited so be sure to register your attendance as soon as possible. We look forward to seeing you there!
