Addressing future skills shortages through careers education

Join the Education & Skills Group for the next in an online series looking at addressing skills shortages.

Many businesses are struggling to recruit people with the right skills.

Working with schools, special schools and colleges is a proven way of developing young people’s skills for the jobs of today and tomorrow.

And that why the IoD is working with The Careers & Enterprise Company (CEC) to help your business better engage with schools and colleges to strengthen your talent pipelines and support young people to find their best next step.

This joint webinar will share insights from a range of businesses on how best to engage with careers education outreach, using data from over 800 businesses that have completed their Employer Standards for Careers Education tool, and over 230k students across the country through their Future Skills Questionnaire.
