We are seeking to fill the role of Head of Regional Relationships – North West
This role will play a leading part in the operational membership retention, volunteer community support & engagement, events team line management, and acquisition sales support in the North West. The successful candidate will actively support and champion IoD volunteer communities to provide positive engagement opportunities for IoD members, whilst spearheading the growth and retention of our membership base and our planned growth in sponsorship/income.
The successful applicant will be commercially focussed and have strong personal engagement skills alongside leadership capabilities. They will need to demonstrate a proven track record of sales and income generation and be able to demonstrate ability to work at a senior level. The candidate will need to be an excellent communicator, and have good knowledge of the region and its business structures.
