IoD Recruiting Relationship Manager and Executive for IoD Advance

The IoD is recruiting a Relationship Manager and Relationship Executive for their new and innovative membership platform IoD Advance, based in Leeds City Centre, for a fixed term contract of 6 months.

We are currently testing an innovative new membership scheme which launched at the beginning of April 2016, and which we intend to expand by 2017. IoD Advance is the biggest shake-up to our membership offer in over 40 years. Participants can boost both their career and their business with the array of benefits that IoD Advance membership offers, all facilitated from our easy-to-use app.

We are now recruiting for two interim positions to work as part of the team rolling out Advance across the Northern Powerhouse, incorporating the North West, Yorkshire and the North East.

Relationship Manager (6 month fixed term attractive salary and pay in lieu of benefits)
Responsible for organising and hosting events, drafting communications to members, responding to member queries, acquiring new members and managing the membership sales process, the Relationship Manager will be the single point of contact for Members and all communication and interactions with the IoD will flow through them.  

The ideal candidate will have marketing, sales and customer relationship management experience and will be comfortable interacting with directors. You will have organised events, had experience of analysing and reporting on data and will be comfortable working with databases and marketing automation/ecrm.  This is a fantastic opportunity to own your own project and we are seeking an enthusiastic self-starter who thrives on multi-tasking, building relationships and delivering results!

Relationship Executive (6 month fixed term attractive salary and pay in lieu of benefits)
The Relationship Executive is responsible for handling the operational side of advance events, ensuring correct and timely communications to members, responding to member queries, supporting the membership sales process and ensuring member details are accurately logged on the supporting systems and Excel sheets as well as undertaking various administrative duties.  

The ideal candidate will be of graduate level ability, with proven general administration and event organisation skills. You will be self-motivated, numerate, commercial and analytical with exceptional customer relationship skills. Marketing experience is preferred.
