Providing excellent learning and development opportunities for clients has been my passion for many years with a niche expertise in Diversity Matters. I am also a Lay Member of Employment Tribunals – a role that brings a particular authenticity to the programmes I design and deliver.

You have brains in your head, feet in your shoes, you can steer yourself in any direction you choose. Kid, you’ll move mountains! (Dr Seuss)

Love the North Norfolk coast for walks, I enjoy music and style of the 30s, 40s and 50s and love to attend vintage events (particularly the dances!) I am also a trustee for the village hall and a school governor.
Q: Are there any business related or policy issues that keep you awake at night?
Sometimes the questions are complicated and the answers simple….so sleep on it (credit to Dr Seuss)
