Q: How long have you been involved with the IoD?
Q: Can you tell us a little about your career to date?
Started has a student apprentice at Eatons Transmission, worked for General Motors, both in the UK and Internationally moving to Dimplex in 2002 where I worked in a number of their manufacturing businesses, moving to Peterborough in 2012 for my current job of CEO of Redringxpelair.
Q: What do you hope to achieve as an IoD Branch Ambassador?
Help raise the awareness of the value of Manufacturing and Innovation and the benefits it bring to its locality, in addition help younger Entrepreneurs in the start-up phase of their business ideas.
Q: If you could give your 21 year old self some advice what would it be?
Be open to networking and deal with the facts and emotion in a balanced manner.
Q: What keeps you busy outside of work?
Golf, and 3 great ladies in my life.
Q: Are there any business related or policy issues that keep you awake at night?
No! Change is always going to happen, create a mind set to deal with it.
