Institute of Directors City of London (IoD City) and responsible business charity Heart of the City are collaborating on a series of webinars to support small to medium sized businesses (SMEs) through the challenges they’re facing due to the pandemic.
Heart of the City launched their ‘Survive and Thrive’ series in the Spring. The series has brought experts from a wide range of sectors to Heart of the City members, providing guidance on topics such as furlough, scenario planning and re-designing workspaces. You can read more about the series here.
For the Autumn Survive and Thrive series, IoD City is delighted to be teaming up with Heart of the City to offer expert guidance to even more SMEs. We’ll be covering topics such as generating new business virtually, why responsible business still matters and sustainability when working remotely. We’re drawing on our brilliant networks to get expert advice: companies such as EY, Salesforce and The Planet Mark will be contributing.
John McLean OBE, Vice Chairman of IoD City said “The IoD City of London is delighted to be collaborating with Heart of the City for their Survive and Thrive webinar series and we look forward to jointly helping SME companies as they face the challenges of Covid-19.”
We’re excited to launch our ‘Survive and Thrive’ collaboration on Wednesday 7 October, with weekly webinars until Tuesday 3 November.
All sessions are free for IoD members.
