The bootcamp is for new Directors, anyone soon to be appointed to a board or any Directors who would like to brush up on their responsibilities. It will be appropriate for Directors in any sector – private, social enterprise, charity and public.
Delivery will be mostly informal and delegates will hear from a panel of experienced directors talking about their personal experiences. You will be able to assess your knowledge level in the role of director, including legal and financial responsibilities and learn how to avoid issues that can lead to spectacular corporate governance failures.
