Anthony Francis, Investment Director, Rockpool
Anthony has over ten years’ corporate finance and private equity experience. He trained as an accountant with Ernst and Young where he was involved with owner-managed and high growth companies. From here he joined Lloyds Development Capital, the largest UK mid-market private equity house, where he was involved in a number of successful equity investments. He subsequently co-founded ContactEngine, attracting multiple rounds of private funding. At the latest round, he stepped down from the board to join as a partner of Rockpool Investments and has led seven private equity transactions since June 2015.
Myra Forster-van-Hijfte, Vendor of North Downs Specialist Referrals
Myra is a RCVS and European Specialist in Small Animal Internal Medicine and has been active in the veterinary sector for more than 30 years. She is a Fellow of the Royal College of Veterinary surgeons and has published and lectured nationally and internationally.
She co-founded North Downs Specialist Referrals, a Specialist Veterinary Referral Hospital in Surrey, in 2005. The business grew to 75 members of staff and was successfully sold in 2015.
Myra also holds the IoD certificate and diploma in Company Direction.

Mike has been advising owner-managed businesses SMEs and PLCs and their directors and shareholders on a wide range of business and personal tax matters since 1988.
Mike is both a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Adviser.
