What has happened over the last year and will everyone be back full time or still WFH?
In 3 breakout sessions we will explore “Who’s job is who’s now? Whos’ still on board, who’s left etc. Then look at the new office environment, recovering from the ‘disconnection’ and the on-boarding of the ‘surviving’ staff after any redundancies etc. What is the plan, what are the targets now? Is there any training required, health and wellbeing of staff through the transition?
1. RTW – in what form, 100%, 50/50? Are there benefits of supporting RTW and WFH
2. Organisations – eg contact centres, customer support, retail – how will they adapt?
3. What Tools are available – Zoom, Asana, Basecamp, virtual water cooler, Slack – how they can assist culture?
