Francisco Macedo Francisco is currently the General Manager of Cliveden House in Berkshire, before this role, he was the General Manager for Bovey Castle in Devon where he oversaw a £12m refurbishment of the property and managed the team that took it from no star rating to 5 AA Red Stars in under 24 months. He is Chair of the London Advisory Board for the Springboard charity, the Thames Valley Branch of the Institute of Hospitality, and is a Mentor with several organisations. Amongst his passions, Francisco has a keen interest in wine and is a Member of the Champagne Academy and a Certified Educator for WSET as well as a WSET Diploma holder. Tagore RamoutarTagore is an advisor and award-winning entrepreneurial director focussed on the Craft Spirits sector. Co-Founder and Managing Director from 2018 to 2020 of The Oxford Artisan Distillery, in 2019 he won IOD London and South Director of the Year for start-ups. He is proud to have achieved Number 1 on TripAdvisor for visitor attractions in Oxford and Organic Certification. Tagore remains a Director of Still On The Hill Ltd, the legal name of The Oxford Artisan Distillery; and is a director and the distillery’s representative on the embryonic English Whisky Guild. In addition he is a Fellow of the Royal Geographical Society and an author of several children’s books.Robert Walton MBERobert Walton MBE is a recognized and highly respected figure in the hospitality industry and is President of the Restaurant Association of Great Britain. Graham Kiy graduated from Westminster College Hotel School in 1982 and his career path has taken him to several countries in Asia, the Middle East and Indian Ocean with International brands, opening and managing Hotels. His current responsibility is Vice President of Operations for EMEA with Hard Rock Hotels International. Graham speaks several foreign languages and decided to settle back in the UK early in 2018.
