Mastermind brings members together to build strong business relationships, allowing them to share ideas in a constructive environment. These exclusive sessions offer a combination of brainstorming, education, peer accountability and support in a group setting to sharpen business and personal skills.

The ethos is to provide a positive, informal but challenging and supportive space to discuss issues that confront directors on a daily basis. The format is simple with introductions and feedback before all members share a summary of topics they would like to discuss.

The groups will consist of up to 10 members in non-competing sectors so before booking please contact east@iod.com so that we can confirm your place. The group meets 10 times over the course of a calendar year and will be facilitated by IoD member and IoD Suffolk Ambassador, Laura Morrison.

This event will take place virtually on Zoom. Once you have registered to join, you will be sent a link to connect and to add to your diary.
