This session will help uncover the beliefs that drive the behaviours of the top performing salespeople and leaders. Most people know what behaviour is involved in becoming successful, but we will be discussing what the beliefs, mindsets and attitudes are required to become truly top performing.
During this session we will be interviewing the co-authors of the books called 'The Leader’s Secret Code' and 'The Salesperson’s Secret Code', Ian Mills and Mark Ridley. They will be asked a set of questions about the research and how it is used to increase performance.
As always, there will be a networking and discussion session after the call until about 2.30 for those that are available!
This session will be led by Rob Marklove, Advance member and Commercial Director at Transform Performance International.
