Kate Sandle, Director of Programmes and Engagement, B Lab UK

Since the launch of the B Corp movement in the UK, Kate has been building a community of companies who are reinventing business, starting as a Community Manager in 2015 and now as their Director of Programmes and Engagement. Prior to B Lab UK, Kate worked for Sir Ronald Cohen (known as the ‘father of social investment’) at The Portland Trust and is a founding Director of Business Declares, a new volunteer-led network to encourage and enable business to declare a climate emergency and commit to meaningful action.


Jonathan Garrett, Group Health, Safety and Sustainability Director, Tyman PLC

Jonathan is a sustainability and safety leader with more than 25 years experience in financial services, manufacturing, construction, technology and consulting sectors. 

He joined Tyman PLC, a leading international supplier of engineered components to the door and window industry, in 2019 as their first Group Health, Safety and Sustainability Director.





James Streeter, Director, Viridian Advisory Ltd

James is one of the first generation to have an entire career in sustainability, having had over 25 years corporate experience in advising major businesses on their sustainability agenda.

He has worked with major global companies to bring about change in complex global matrix organisations, most recently as Director of Sustainability and Business Transformation with the global flavour company, Symrise. He now advises a range of companies as an independent sustainability consultant.
