IoD Yorkshire & North East Webinar: Join our conversation on Psychology. What could it do for your business right now?"

24 Sep 2020
IoD Yorkshire & North East Online, Online
The emotional and behavioural fallout as a result of Covid is ongoing. Let’s make time for a conversation about how this might be affecting your business and how psychology can help.

Why talk about psychology?

With our best efforts as Directors and leaders, we continue to operate in a climate of uncertainty; we have been forced to adapt and change. And whilst we make everyday decisions for survival and well-being – we also need to be brave, consider the longer term, be strategic, show courage and vulnerability, understand people’s emotions - and still make the most of opportunities, whilst keeping our eye on the ball…

It’s exciting!…exhausting?…difficult!…challenging? even at times overwhelming? - and leading through Covid demands a really good dollop of compassion and an understanding of people and how it is affecting them as individuals.

For countless leadership challenges and management issues, we know that psychology can help…and right now might just be a good time for leaders to go a little deeper and be a little curious about how.

Be ready with your questions!
