As a business, it's often hard to understand the fine line between 'banter' and harassment, particularly within a workforce where no two employees are the same.
This event welcomes Charles Millett from Morecrofts Solicitors to offer some practical and insightful advice on what constitutes as acceptable practice. Addressing these key questions:
What constitutes harassment and who decides this? and is “banter” no longer acceptable in the workplace and why is it such a potential problem for an employer?
He will also cover the employer’s “statutory defence” and provide actionable tips on how you can all limit the risk of a claim against your company.
