Hosted by IoD Ambassador for Diversity, Carole Harvey
Why would you pick a team from only half the squad? Join Carole Harvey, Ambassador for Diversity for the IoD and Vistage Chair at Notts County for some practical guidance on creating more diverse teams in your organisation. Plus, to continue the celebration of International Women’s day on 8th March we will hear an inspiring story from Jayne Mayled MD of Creative Agency TrueStory and founder of White Hot Hair.
The moral and financial case for Diversity and Inclusion is clear, businesses with diverse boards in terms of gender, age, race and other criteria perform better, often significantly better, than their peers so why is change not happening faster? We will explore the 5 things businesses can do now to unlock the potential of their whole workforce.
If you’re wondering what Diversity and Inclusion is all about or are passionate about sharing the progress your business has made in this arena, please join us to find out more about what it means and what you can do.
This event is for people! Anyone with an interest in making their organisation and their Board more diverse will be able to both contribute and learn.
