The IoD aims to ensure that tomorrow’s leaders are represented and supported, which is why we’ve created two groups in London for young directors.
Welcome to the West Midlands branch of the Young Director’s Forum, an exciting initiative dedicated to representing and supporting younger members of the IoD. YDF organises networking and policy-shaping events, customised towards developing promising younger members into tomorrow's leaders of the business, public and social sectors.
Members are typically but not exclusively under the age of 40, and represent all sectors of the business economy, including entrepreneurs, senior managers in larger organisations, and junior and senior directors on the verge of taking up positions of leadership.
Our aim is to represent and support tomorrow's leaders today. To this end, we are piloting major initiatives for the IoD's work, as well as engaging with regional forums and groups, developing lobbying platforms and supporting your professional and business development via high-quality seminars and courses.
We are actively engaged with the other YDF initiatives nationally to promote and develop the IoD and its key themes of representing business leaders.
