She brings arts-based methods to the classroom to drive social change. Her research explores skill, identity, and belonging in creative work and higher education, focusing on sustainable and inclusive futures. Her public sector experience and leadership roles, including her Faculty Lead for Equality, Diversity and Inclusion position, inform her strategic change approach. and teaching pursue strategic change for a more sustainable, inclusive and just future.
