You can become a member of the IoD by following the simple step-by-step instructions below. The application will take you no more than ten minutes to complete and if successful, your IoD Welcome Membership Pack will be issued within five working days*.

Membership Criteria
How much is membership?
The current annual membership fee is £360 (UK & EU). There is a joining fee of £220 but if you join for two years or more, you will receive a substantial discount.

You have three methods of application:

Join online today
If your application is successful, your IoD membership card, welcome pack and a receipt for this transaction will be posted to you within five working days.* Your IoD membership is activated on confirmation of membership and your benefits start immediately. If your application is unsuccessful, we will refund your payment immediately.
*for offline applications this may take a little longer.
