The IoD Corporate Development Account

The IoD Corporate Development Account offers you the opportunity to plan for the professional development of your directors and board. Using the account will provide a substantial reduction in fees and so help you to get the most from the training budget. The account allows you to tailor a training package, which can be used for the development requirements of both the board and senior management of the organisation.

Choose from short practical courses and coaching to help you prepare to achieve corporate objectives. The account also allows you to seek regular advice with regards to any specific learning and development requirements.

How it works

The account is held in one corporate client's name, the contact usually being the HR or Training Manager. The account holder can use the account to purchase most IoD Professional Development courses and Executive Coaching for a period of up to one year.

IoD Corporate Development account privileges

• Bronze package: £40,000 in account
  Benefits from a 12.5% fee reduction
• Silver package: £60,000 in account
  Benefits from a 15% fee reduction
• Gold package: £80,000 in account
  Benefits from a 17.5% fee reduction
• A dedicated account Manager to help you determine the right development package and monitor your account spending

A 17.5% fee reduction would, for example, save you £14,000 a year on IoD Professional Development. That's equivalent to two places on the IoD Certificate in Company Direction with additional one to one coaching support!

_{The following terms and conditions apply to the Corporate Development account (CDA):}

• _{A CDA is valid for up to 1 year from date of purchase. If a CDA is established, any top up fees before the annual account is due for renewal must be used within 6 months from the point of top up}
• _{A CDA must be paid in full before a service can be confirmed}
• _{The course and coaching purchase price will depend on the published price at time of booking and not at time of purchasing the CDA}
• _{All place for a course or coaching session will only be guaranteed on payment from the account prior to the start date}
• _{No other discount, offer or voucher can be used in conjunction with the IoD CDA}
• _{No discount is available on the enrolment fee of any IoD programme or examination fees. Enrolment fees and examination fees are non-refundable}
• _{The individual attending the course must be a current member of the IoD in order to benefit from the member fee, otherwise the non-member fee will be charged}
• _{Online, workshop and consultancy services cannot be purchased using the CDA}
• _{The client will be given 28 days from the point of invoice to cancel at no charge. after this point an administration charge of 10% of the overall package price will be deducted from the CDA}
• _{Any past or future course fees which benefited from a CDA discount will be charged at the full rate if the account is cancelled at any time}
• _{Professional Development reserves the right to review its fees and booking terms and conditions as and when appropriate}
