During his thirty year career Gerard Hargreaves has specialised in executive development. As a presenter and consultant he has worked with many organisations both in the public and private sectors. During a varied career Gerard has worked for an international firm of executive development consultants. He has held a number of appointments, including managing subsidiary businesses and consultancy teams and responsibility for product development and marketing. For a time he was also Head of Director Development at the Institute of Directors. At the IoD Gerard successfully developed one-to-one executive coaching and mentoring programmes for directors and senior executives. He has led IoD courses for twenty-five years.

John Joint is an internationally experienced consultant and coach specialising in working with executive teams and board members of large international organisations across a range of industries. He has over forty years experience in business, the military and development of people. John is a Chartered Engineer and spent twenty-three years with the Royal Air Force in executive roles and international projects before he joined PricewaterhouseCoopers, helping them to build their consulting services across Europe. Then, as HR Development Director for EMEA, John was instrumental in growing their European HR Development Programmes for partners and managers from all over Europe. For the last twelve years John has been running his own successful business.
