Institute acts upon Health Concerns

Over the past few months, the Institute has received an increasing number of letters of concern from IoD members about the effects of passive smoking and the current rules and regulations at 116 Pall Mall.

as a result of our members' requests and concerns about the wellbeing of IoD staff, the rules at 116 Pall Mall will therefore be updated.

From 1 February 2005, smoking will be disallowed in all areas of the IoD's headquarters.
