  • Mail forwarding - Accepting and forwarding mail from professional address.***

IoD Hot Desk Office - £375 per month plus vat *

Includes everything from the IoD Virtual Office, plus:

  • Hot desk use - Guaranteed desk space for 50 hours a month, with only 24 hours notice required.
  • Reception courtesies - Receptionist can receive and sign for deliveries, packages and provide document drop-off/pick-up services.
  • Business meeting space - Use of on site conference rooms and offices in exclusive Pall Mall club facilities for meetings at discounted rates.
  • On-site facilities - Receptionist, broadband internet, fax-copier-printer, advanced phone features, conference calling, IT assistance and catering services.
  • Food and drink - 25% off food and drink on a specially created menu, including room service as standard.

IoD Platinum Office - £535 per month plus vat *

Includes everything from the IoD Hot Desk, plus:

  • IoD Membership - Waived IoD membership valid for the term of your contract.****
  • Unlimited hot desking - Unlimited use of hot-desking facilities, Monday - Friday, 8am- 6pm.
  • Charge Card - Your own charge card that can be topped up remotely. Pay for food and drink, telephone calls and photocopying with one swipe of your card.

Terms and Conditions: *Minimum contract of 6 months. Initial payment will comprise of the one off registration fee of £75 + vat, plus two months’ fees paid up front. Thereafter members will be billed monthly in advance. **15% handling fee on top of standard BT charges for first 50 calls. ***15% handling fee on top of standard Royal Mail charges. ****Existing members will continue with payment of their membership as normal.
