Apply for IoD membership

You can become a member of the IoD by following the simple step-by-step instructions below. The application will take you no more than ten minutes to complete and if successful, you will receive your IoD Welcome Membership Pack within three working days*.

How much is membership?

The current annual membership fee is £340 (UK & EU). There is a joining fee of £215 but if you join for two years or more, you will receive a substantial discount. For full details on our membership fees, click here.

How to apply

You have three methods of application:

• Download our Membership Application Form and return by fax or post
• Apply online below

If your application is successful, your IoD membership card, welcome pack and a receipt for this transaction will be posted to you within 3 working days.* Your IoD membership is activated on confirmation of membership and your benefits start immediately. If your application is unsuccessful, we will refund your payment immediately.
