IoD Individual Directors Liability Insurance
Suitable for purchase by individuals and acts as a last line of defence - individual cover is only triggereed once all corporate assistance has been exhausted or when the company is unable or unwilling to assist the director(s).
- Premiums start from just £28.60 per month for £1m of cover, protecting you and only you
- Policy is suitable for directorships of Private Limited Companies, LLPs and not-for-profit organisations
- All costs are tax deductible, or your organisation can pay the premium on your behalf without personal tax liability
