Events and Regional Administrator – Manchester
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Events and Regional Administrator to join the North West Region to provide professional administration, financial and events management support and general office management. Assisting with the daily running of the office, the successful candidate will manage, develop and deliver the full IoD regional and branch events programme.
This role will include responsibility for Event Management, Marketing and communications and office and financial administration.
We are looking for a friendly and professional individual with the strong communication skills and flexible approach to make this role a success; in particular the candidate will have previous event experience in the NW region with a strong relationship with suppliers and venues. A proven track record of sales and income generation combined with the tenacity to deliver, you will be IT literate with office and financial administration experience.
The post is based at the Manchester office. Occasional travel throughout the region and to Pall Mall may be required.

Through the development of professional relationships with tutors, volunteers, and board members you will ensure that there is transparency in the examination processes and adherence to published rules and regulations. You will have worked at a similar level in another professional organisation and will have experience of managing international activities remotely. Experience of managing events, speakers and committees is a must.
